Our latest project involved a 40-year-old retail brand whose digital presence hadn't meaningfully changed in over a decade. The challenge wasn't just visual — it was rebuilding trust with a new generation of customers while keeping the loyalty of longtime shoppers.
Early Results
We approached this as a phased rollout rather than an all-at-once relaunch, starting with the homepage and product pages before touching checkout flows. Early data shows a meaningful lift in time-on-site and a noticeable drop in bounce rate on mobile.
